I am using Windchill PDM Essentials Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS07
When you start the PSI to upgrade PDM Essential 11.1 to PDMLink 11.1, the installation fails immediately. The system shuts down Apache but does not restart it and by error Apache does not respond. We also tried to start Apache by hand but it still doesn’t work
