User lost license group membership after upgrade

Got a weird one. We finally upgraded from 12.02 to 13.02! YEAH!

A user called me today saying that they could not sign off on a task. I looked at their account and see that they were in the View and Print license group. But I also checked their records from the prior week and show that they did infact sign off on tasks. Is this an issue of groups not recomputing or something else? They must have had more than View and Print to be able to complete tasks last week. Strange that they suddenly did not show at least Windchill Base user license.

I think View and Print wasn't supposed to allow task completion. They updated the profile to reflect the intended functionality

    Yes, confirmed that back in my January extract, this user had just View and Print. I remember that this version that enforcement was added.  At least I know now that it wasn't a loss of group information. Thanks.
