Looks like the server manager is unable to start method servers. You need to check the method server logs to see what the problem is. This should indicate the underlying issue(s) such as unable to connect to database, out of disk space database tables full, etc.
I would add to @SWeiler_9940261., this type of issues are not best solved here unless you have no other choice. I would contact your VAR or PTC helpdesk if you system is down and you have exhausted in house reasons why it cannot start up. The issues should be very clear in the logs which will give you a direction to go look. Asking the community might not give you the best response time, especially lacking any errors or logs to go by.
In addition, this is a community of users who are helping other users. We do not have access to the tools that PTC tech support has for debugging complex issues. We can only give advice based on our own experience and against the information you have provided.
Are you the Windchill administrator?
What hardware is your Windchill running on, Unix or Widows?
Have you or your Windchill administrator looked in the log files to see what may be causing the system failure?
Is this a new Windchill install or has it been running for a while and suddenly stopped?
Were there any OS changes or patches applied recently?
