Users are unable to connect to Windchill UI (browser or file explorer)
I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0
Unable to access windchill UI through browser or file explorer. It seems like within our windchill server, the service "Windchill PDMLink" automatically stops. If I start the service, it just goes back to stop. Attempted to start the service through command prompt as well as through Task Manager but it continues to switch to stopped.
Here are the errors that I faced within windchill UI:
Login Authorization Failed
The server could not verify that you are authorized to access this document. The credentials you provided are either invalid (for example, you entered the wrong password) or your password has expired. Alternately, your browser may be unable to provide the credentials that are required for authorization. Contact your organization�s administrator for more specific information about this error.
