Version: Windchill 11.2

Use Case: Hello Experts, We have received one strange question - about WC 11.2 ... Do PTC support 32-bit systems specifically for Windchill? I saw on the Matrix but didn't find anything...I got some info about its supported-on Client OS (32 bit). but thought to check with experts here those might be using 32-bit server or client OS? Please Suggest.

In Windchill 11.2, Client OS can use 32bit refer to https://release-advisor.ptc.com/releaseMatrix?releaseId=170

For Server OS, it only support 64bit.

starting 11.0 Windchill server code is supported only on 64-bit versions of the Windows Server operating system.

Any idea if any of your client using the client-side OS (32 bit)? I mean just thought to check....

I can't disclose customer's info .

Not supported doesn't mean it won't work , it may be fine but the hook is that you will not be able to get Technical support or R&D support .
