Each heavy or light user license allows one person access to Windchill.  1 person per license.

Thanks for your reply. Informative!

But I would like to ask then what is the difference between "Node-Locked" of Heavy & Light License and "Floating" of Heavy & Light License?

Kindly reply as soon as possible.

Thank you once again!

Windchill uses "Registered User" licenses.  'Node-locked' and 'floating' apply to other software packages like Creo Parametric.  A node-locked license will only work on the specific computer (mac address) it's licensed for.  Floating licenses are issued by a license server and the licenses "float", meaning they can be used by any anyone on any computer, but only up to the total number of licenses available.
