Risk and Reliability

When assessing failure data, it's common to export the FRACAS data to spreadsheets for analysis. Since the default charts within WQS are not to be all-inclusive, the following questions was posed by our team:

1. Does PTC provide the capability to link Tableau with either WQS or Risk and Reliability for ease of data sharing and analytics?

2. If a link does exist: Is it bi-directional?

3. If a link doesn't exist: Would PTC consider adding a feature in the future?

Thank You,

Tony

Update for anyone actually reading my comment:

Tableau can access the database in the background, similar to any other database.

Recommend Tableau for displaying "live" FRACAS" data from WQS/WRR...creative dashboards are incredibly helpful for our customers.
