We want to understand How SLM will help us in our use cases

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.0

We need a PTC Representative who is expert in SLM ( Service LifeCycle Management ).
We want to explore how SLM will help us to provide standalone services and how it will work with PLM
