You're probably better off starting a new post instead of replying to a thread from 11 years ago.

Regardless, Firefox developer tools is showing the following for Windchill 10.1:

  • font-family: Segoe UI, tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif
  • font-size: 11px
