Hi All,

What is the best training system to compliment Windchill?

My requirements would be that documents would be linked to user groups or individuals, and that once a document has been updated, the users would receive notification and complete an electronic training record.

That is a very broad question. There are a TON of Learning Management Systems out there. It depends on what your requirements are, and how you plan on getting the training material infront of your end user. There is no special LMS applications that is just for Windchill.

You may want to Windchill library which contains all the help documents. There is a subscription option you can set for all users who needs to be notified when the document is updated, changes lifecycle state and so forth. We use this extensively here in Alcon.
