do we need license to connect Windchill with other system?
Case 1 : Connecting Windchill with SAP PI web services.
Case 2 : Update some database with windchill. Fetch information from that database in other Applications.
Case 3 : Sharing Windchill Data with other Application with Excel, text, XML or other file Formats.
This depends on what profile the publisher has been added.In most of the cases, the data is passed on to JMS with the help of the workflows. On another side, it is collected by SAP.
This depends on the DBUser(mostly admin) credentials that are set up in wt.prperties. I don't think,the normal user would be able to change anything in database
Except for Navigate View license, all users should be able to share the data from Windchill as export.I am not sure if you are looking at any integration of these with Windchill
