No there is not that option.
The reason is that a reference WTPart iteration is connected to master of Reference document so all iterations and revisions of Reference Document.
Only the latest reference document is shown on the WTPart. There is a rule that the released version of document should be shown on the WTPart.
Only from WTPart perspective you can compare referenced document in history of WTPart.
If you compare two different documents that could have been that option, but it isn't.
