Windchill 11.0 Bug?

Hi all,

We are planning to go to Windchill 11.0 M010 CPS02.

We noticed that eventhough when we make the following setting in the OIR for NUMBER to be unchangeable.,

 

<AttrConstraint id="number" algorithm="com.ptc.core.rule.server.impl.GatherAttributeConstraints">

 

<Value algorithm="com.ptc.core.rule.server.impl.GetImmutableConstraint"/>

 

</AttrConstraint>

 

It Does not Work!!

PTC call is opened, but taking some time..
