Windchill CR search issue

Hi

I am using windchill11.0 M20 version.i am facing issue in search options.

1. search the objects from wcadmin as user : working fine(eg: CR0001260...etc)

2. search the objects from any users  :  not working (eg: CR0001260...etc)

 

Note:Users are All permisions .

Windchill CR search issue
