Windchill Performance Advisor

Two observations:

1.)  The link at the top right side of the page probably isn't going where intended.  It's just getting routed to the community homepage instead of this board, which is where I'm guessing it's supposed to go.

2.)  Something is wacky with this graph.  What is displayed doesn't seem to match the underlying data.  Seems like missing values should just be white and the blue portion should only be 46% of the circle.
