Windchill Publishing error

using Creo9 and Windchill 12.0.2.10

getting this error message when publishing PDF (any ideas ?)

Hello @rburk ,

This error (-4) comes when worker failed to open the file. To check the reason behind the failure try:

1. Create a new workspace

2. Add drawing m704436b020.drw R.4 to the workspace

3. Open the drawing in Creo and see if there is any failure or errors

If you observe any errors, ask user to fix them. Or else check in the trail file for more details regarding the error.
