/Windchill/QBReportItemProperties

Hi all,

It looks as if domain.com/Windchill/QBReportItemProperties should have QueryBuilder info but I get a 404. It is linked from

Is QBReportItemProperties something that I should install? Is there a config item so I could point it at some actual content?
