Windchill Risk and Reliability Fault Tree Description Resize

I'm working an FTA and the descriptions of the events/gates are larger than the text box that the program generates. It seems there's an intended operation to be able to resize the description box but when I click and drag the corners nothing happens. Is there a permission I'm missing? I've asked others in my organization about it and they don't have a solution. They seem as aggravated as me with the issue. Thanks!
