Windchill WGM File Sort Order (SOLIDWORKS)

We are storing our SOLIDWORKS drawing template file in Windchill Library 

However, when the template had been moved to the Library the sort order got messed up.

The templates is sorted properly if the templates is exported to a local folder

Any reason why the sorting changed when the templates is moved to Windchill Library?

Update

It seem that the order changed whenever the file is checkout → update and check in
