Windchill WGM -- File not showing in Workspace after performing SaveBodies in SOLIDWORKS

After performing Save Bodies in SOLIDWORKS, the new/derived files does NOT appear in the workspace table of WGM 

However, the files can be found when browse using File Explorer 

The files will only appear if they are opened and saved again manually 

What might be causing this issue?

The same issue also happens when performing a Save As Copy

Have you opened TS Case ? I would open it.
