Windchill Work Group manager is not responding

Currently we are using Windchill 11.0 M030 and client application Work group manager 11.0 M030 in Windows 10.

From past 2 weeks UWGM Application is not responding when user tries to launch the client application

 

Work around: clean the windows cache and "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\PTC\Windchill Workgroup Manager" locations to make it work

 

Error The program uwgm_client.exe version 30.73.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed

If we point the home page url to a default then application works good. This issue is only with uwgm11.0 M030 version later we upgraded the uwgm to11.1 M030 CPS13 to fix the windows upgrade issues. This is issue not reproducible anymore

Hi Marco, Thanks your response. currently we are using Windows 10 Version 1709 with all security updates.

Please find below erro message,  Faulting package full name, Faulting package-relative application ID are blank ;(
