Windchill freezes

Hello,

When I right click on a part and click edit attribute it windchill hangs up.  Spinning wheel of death.  At the top of the screen (sort of greyed out) says "Current Settings (ok) (cancel)"  but I can't click either button.  Anyone seen this thing?  I recently experienced an error when backing out of wcadmin with out hitting "ok" first when deleting a "test" global (caddocument) attribute I had made.  All other Windchill functions seem to work just fine for me.  Any help would be great.
