Windchill is not pulling the values from custom attribute populated in creo parameters.

Version: Windchill 12.1

Use Case: I'm working on creating Creo drawing template. There are some custom attributes that pulls value from windchill to the template. These are added in the parameters window and designated. Problem is values from windchill are getting populate in creo template. But values that I enter in creo parameter is not getting upaded in windchill. What am I doing wrong here. Note : The same template is available for solidworks and windchill and everything is working fine. We are trying to replicate that for creo.

Thanks for your input. The problem is solved now. It seems we have to explicitly map the attributes when the global attributes are not all in CAPS. Now that I provided the attribute here in CAPS it's working fine.

Hi @BR_11095678

The parameter has to be set as designated in the model or drawing

also you should check the Type and attribute management if the mapping parameters are well defined on the CAD Document.

Attribute names must be in CAPITAL LETERS in order to be shared with Creo.

What are your parameter and attribute names that you are not able to match?
