1. Import Source DB
2. "Run the DB scripts to fix the , Repository and file vault ,,Host names"
3. Import Source DS in Windchill 12.1 OpenDJ
4. "Compare and merge the site.xconf file from source to Target"
5. "Compare Rbinfo files on source and target and Add the additional entries"
6. "Move the customizations From source to target"
7 "Running the AddColumns Tool"
post above we Ran Upgrademanager from winchill shell. but it is throwing message windchill databse tables is allready upgrade . no action to be taken.

From Windchill 12.1.0.2 to 12.1.2.0, it is not a "Upgrade", it is a "Update" process. You can refe to the below Help Center process via PSI to update the existing system from 12.1.0.2 to 12.1.2.0:

    https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/r12.1.2.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/WCUpdateExistingIntallConfig/WCUpdInstall_PrepareWCMaint.html#

When you imported the source DB, it was to an empty DB right? It should not have any schema from the 12.1 install but should be a complete import of your previous version source DB. Is this the first or second rehersal? After any upgrade attempt, you need to revert 12.1 install area to a golden state before any upgrade changes were made. I suspect the Upgrade Manager is seeing hold overs from previous attemps in the database or localling in the application area.
