Question

deleting a family table

I'm using WC9.1 with WF5.0. I have a part which is a family table, and it is checked in. If I check out only the generic and delete the entire family table and check it back in, it is no longer a generic model. If I then realize that what I did was a mistake, and I want to recreate the family table, I run into all sorts of problems. I can't recreate the family table instance because it already exists (and is using the name I need to use). I also can't seem to go back in time to the version of the model that was a generic. Any suggestions?

Thanks, John

Just go back to the previous iteration of the generic CAD document.

It will still have a family table.
