epdmadm tasks

We have thousands of tasks assigned to epdmadm.

Just want to confirm that this is because a workflow is using a Team Template that is:

Missing a named user in a workflow Role

or

The workflow role is missing from the Team Template.

I'd start by looking at one of those tasks and "Open Process Manager" for the related workflow. From there, you should be able to get more details of how it got assigned.

 

Are those tasks getting completed somehow?

Which workflow and object are these running against? You might have to repair the team on those objects and the workflow so that it does not default to this user when the role is missing.
