exporting the license usage report- Windchill

While exporting the Windchill license usage report, people from other companies are being pulled in the report. What might be the reason?

Did you assign them the license ? Is it worth taking look at the license assignment.

no we did not assign any licenses

What report do you mean? can you share it ?

The old script that reports all license usage to html file on the disk? That report just count a accounts in the system and does no care about license groups. 

 Or are you talking about Usage and Licence reporting from the site?

btw why your system contains accounts from other companies if they are not used ?
