how to load securit labels for wtdocument using loadfiles

can you someone help me to find a way to load the wtdocument using loadfiles along with wtdocument. 

 

I am able to load wtdocument but do not know how to use the tag for securtiy label. example : my security label is "X".

mine looks like this:

EXPORT_CONTROL=NO LICENSE REQUIRED-EAR99

If you used the simple documented setup, it would look like this where my value is right of equals.

    Thanks again.  but here "CORPORATE_PROPRIETARY=PRV/EXPORT_CONTROL=DNE/THIRD_PARTY_PROPRIETARY=CompanyA" how to alter them as per my security label values. I have value as "C"
