please confirm 11.0 CPS03 M030 is compatible to clone on windows 2016

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS03

We are doing upgrade from 11.0 to 12.1 please confirm 11.0 CPS03 M030 is compatible to clone on windows 2016 at present server is hosted on windows 2012.
