"Mega" Life cycle history table
Is there a way to export all the the life cycle history tables from a given object type? I want to see all the state changes and when they occurred from all of a given object type.
Thanks

You could build a report using query builder. Just link the Object you care about to the Life Cycle History table. Example:
Just keep in mind, if you don't add any additional criteria, this will be a massive report.

thanks. unfortunately I'm more of a user of WC instead of an admin and I don't have ability to create reports. I was hoping there was a capability on the user side to create a similar results.
thanks

Hi,
In larger companies, Even Windchill admins do not create the Report (Templates Technically). You need to ask your Windchill Solution Owner. Typically a leader from your business team who owns the solution (delivered from your IT).
Windchill admins, though extremely knowledgeable, needs a CR to work on stuff like these. Depends on how new capabilities are introduced in your company.
Technically, there is a solution as mentioned by Joe.
Cheers

From the normal user UI, it doesn't look like it's possible.

It also looks like a lot of people have asked about it..!

for such you will need admin Support as accessing the data may need additional permissions .
The worklfow is that admin define the template ones (eventually with bypass permission )and then expose the report to endusers to
be access from the report section on product level w :

Not only could it need admin for the permissions, but depending on the size of the DB, a report like that could bring an improperly sized WC to its knees

I think the best you can do at the user level is to make a custom tab and in that tab display Version History and Lifecyle History. This would at least allow you to click on any iteration and see its Lifecycle History. The page will instantly refresh to show to the selected iterations Lifecycle History, so it's a least user friendly.
Other than that, as @joe_morton mentioned, have your admin make a Report.
FYI, any admin worth paying should be able to do this. If they can't you need new admin as it's pretty simple to do it.

Thanks everyone!!! Unfortunately, I'm not in a role to do any of the things yall suggested. I'm just a basic user. I appreciate all the feedback though.
Windchill on!!
