The resources-for-reporting page is a great help to me:

However the links to the ptcuser site are broken, and according to the comments at the bottom they might have been broken for a long time. I thought I could find topics in ptcuser by searching, but no luck with that. It seems a shame to loose all that good content, there are 105 references to ptcuser in the page.
Two solutions, which one is workable?:
- locate each article in ptcuser and copy it into a ptc support article
- change ptcuser.org so the links resolve to the articles
