Unable to search the parts which is having part name which contains (?). example: O-RING, ?1 x ? - POLEHOUSE. Now we need to search for the parts which is having part names which have "?" symbol

we need to search for the parts which is having part names which have "?" symbol and after identification we need to replace "?" symbol with other symbols

Have you checked out this support page, CS41839? Certain characters are not supported for being used.
Not sure this should be an idea. If you are looking at correcting this, they I recommend a database level search to identify this. You can also dump all objects to a Report and user Excel to find and identify them, then search for those numbers specifically.
How are you even creating file names with a '?' in them? It is not a valid file name character.
This should not be an idea as there is no way it would ever be implemented.
@BenLoosli, the picture shows searching for an attribute value, not a file name. Question marks in a (string) attribute values are perfectly valid. Finding those with a database query is simple but may not be possible from the Windchill interface.
Looking at the help documentation, ALL of these special characters (shown with a black circle) are valid for use in the Number attribute and therefore should be searchable from the Windchill interface:
