Hi @永贵_10723545

So you need to find the correct path. For example update to the latest CPS and upgrade to wch13 or

two phase upgrade to 12,1 and then continue to 13.0

Or you configured something wrong for the upgrade.

All versions of 12.X are valid for upgrade to 13.0.

Either you did something wrong in the upgrade process or you can try a newer CPS of your version of 12.x.

Guy,

Get this.

I install 13.0.0.0 and then later tried to apply Patch to go to 13.0.1.0.

It was a no go, stating to upgrade path was not supported. Whaaaat?!

I then did a full fresh install from scratch of 13.0.1.0.

I have been able to upgrade 13.0.1.0 to 13.0.1.1.

That said, my guess is the solution here is to upgrade from 12.1 to at least 13.0.1.0.

And yes, I’d agree to check supported upgrade paths and install the latest supported CSP on 12.1, if for no other reason than to make sure you’re using the latest and greatest WinDU/WinRU.

My two cents. Which is probably worth the same.😂

Here's a link to the document being mentioned:  WindchillSupportedUpdateUpgradePaths.pdf (ptc.com)

It's a bit of a pain to read because the text is too big.  With a little manipulation in Paint, here is the relevant section:
