'workspace being modified by another user' issue

We have aproduct ising UG NX8 as the CAD system, and we have a couple of users nwo who have workspace that we cannot do anything with. Each time an operation is tried we get an error along the lines of : 'Baseline "wt.epm.workspaces.EPMCheckpoint:538508458" is currently being modified by another user".

We cannot even delete the workspace when logged in as site admin.

We are using Windchill 10.1 M040

Have tried all the workarounds as suggested in the knowledgebase btu so far no luck and have a suport call open. Anyone got nay ideas?

I took a look at your case, and I think getting the debug logs like the TSE requested are the best next steps. Those should help figure out which user Windchill thinks is modifying/owning the EPMCheckpoint object.
