can't log-in to Vantage

Hi,

several users experience issues with login to Vantage app on mobile device ( android ). they get "Error. sign-in failed. Try again later".

when the user is log-in to laptop - no issues.

Any idea ?

I'm not familiar with the Vantage app.  Is this a ThingWorx mashup? 

 

Is the app publicly available?
