content takes time to load and not fully show inside the frames

After creating the steps in the editor with all the resources that should be part of the experience below are the challenges I am experiencing:
1. The captured content/resources takes time to load even when I am on fiber (my location is South Africa - can the reason be because of data centres being too far and therefore it takes a while to fetch the content/resources?)
2.Content that was included during the steps creation on the editor do not fully show inside the frames when the experience is consumed - is there maybe a recommended size for images, I have even tried to use the optimization setting within the editor?
