Enhancement request VEC: Delete incomplete procedures

I find we have a lot of 'deleted' or 'incomplete' procedures that have amassed in my system from demoing the product and procedures. I would love a way to delete these.  We are also using VEC for quality inspections and only need to keep those records for a certain amount of time and then can delete those records as well.
