Vuforia Expert Capture

Hello guys,   I want to record my first procedure with Vuforia Expert Capture. I am an administrator user on the Vuforia Studio Admin site.   I have Vuforia View installed on a Halolens 2.  I tried installing Vuforia Capture but in my Microsoft Account it states that I own the App but I cannot open it. It does not allow me to install the application.   What am I doing wrong?  I can't figure out why I can install the App.

After you've captured your procedure and uploaded it to Vuforia Editor, it's time to edit! See our best practices and tips on editing a procedure.

Once you have Vuforia Capture on your supported device, it's time to capture your procedure. Check out our Capture a Procedure help section for step-by-step instructions for capturing on both HoloLens and RealWear devices.  

Once you've finished recording your procedure with Vuforia Capture, it's time to upload it to Vuforia Editor. To do this, you'll need to retrieve the Capture files from your device. See our step-by-step instructions on this process to ensure your files are ready to go. 

Vuforia View is required to view published procedures from Vuforia Editor. Vuforia View is available for your supported mobile devices and operating systems in the appropriate app store. For up to date information on supported devices, check out our supported device list.      

To install Vuforia Capture on RealWear devices, the Vuforia Capture APK and RealWear Explorer are needed. See our instructions for obtaining the APK and installing Vuforia Capture.

The RealWear Companion App can act as a remote keyboard for your HMT-1 device which allows you log into Vuforia View using QR codes rather than voice commands.
