Where can I find that information.  Is there any documentation that I can view on the network and how it is set up and secured?

Actually this should be answered by PTC.

From a PTC document: "Vuforia Expert Capture is a SaaS solution that has been designed with scalability, high availability and security in mind. Expert Capture resources and services are hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud services. With over 3,500 global cybersecurity experts and more than more than 90 Azure compliance certifications, Microsoft is a global leader in security,... "

The "Getting Started Guide" for VEC provides information: https://www.ptc.com/en/success-paths/get-started-vuforia-expert-capture/plan/verify-security-compliance

From a technical presentation:

BUT check yourself here: https://support.ptc.com/help/vuforia/editor/en/#page/vuforia_editor%2Fcommon%2Fnetwork_config.html%23

The Network Configuration Requirements provide a technical insight where different service/functionalities are hosted.

Whois record for cloudfront.net points to Amazon: https://www.whois.com/whois/cloudfront.net . This is relevant for Step Check image data.

PTC Trust Center provides information on PTC's efforts and expertise in developing, running and securing software and SAAS solutions: https://www.ptc.com/en/about/trust-center

I am sure PTC employees can give a more detailed answer on the architecture.
