KNOWN ISSUE RESOLVED: Fix Deployed for Vuforia Capture on HoloLens2

A new build of the Vuforia Capture application is now available on the Microsoft store. Please download and install BOTH the latest Hololens OS update (build 19041.1117) and Capture app (build 11.16.217.0) to resolve previous video corruption issues when capturing a procedure using HoloLens2
