Line breaks in Vantage on the web

Hello -- I noticed that Vantage on the web does not display line breaks the same way captures did on the web previously. Is there a way to get line breaks between sentences or listed items in a capture step to display in Vantage on the web? I have attached two screenshots to illustrate.
