Vuforia Expert Capture users, we regret to inform you that our system is currently experiencing an unexpected outage. Our technical team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. During this time, you may experience difficulties accessing procedures.

We are pleased to announce that the system is now back online as of 7:21am (Eastern US Time) February 15th.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during the downtime.

Thank you for informing us about the completion of the recovery.

We are concerned that customers who have purchased Vuforia Expert Capture through our company may request us to create an incident report. Would it be possible for you to disclose the cause of the incident, the recovery actions your company has taken, and any preventive measures planned to avoid recurrence?


Additionally, this is just a hypothesis, but is there any connection between the recent VEC service outage and the AWS eu-north-1 failure that occurred on February 13?
