Video annotations in editor

Current Situation:

Currently there are no options to make in Video annotations.

Target Situation:

It would be a good option to highlight specific item in videos especially if there is no CAD data available. Like Arrows or circles would be a good starting point. I have something in mind which is already available in private tools like Instagram or Snapchat where I'm able to make in Video annotations. This would be also really helpful in an industrial context. I got a lot of questions from our business regarding this feature. This would be also a unique selling point.
