Vuforia Expert Capture Editor - Unresponsive

I am running into a customer issue where they can log into their VEC Editor portal just fine but then the page is unresponsive. They cannot filter by public, shared, created by me etc.

 

They have encountered this sporadically but enough to bring it up.

 

Is there a troubleshooting method I can point them to? Is this a common issue?

I haven't heard of or experienced this issue before. A good thing to check would be the browser console logs when this is happening. May be some sort of indication as to what is happening in there. Can you confirm what browser they are using?

They are using Chrome - I will check the console logs.

You can also try clearing the browser cache to see if that helps. What version of Chrome they are using?
