Vuforia ExpertCapture premium users didn't want share contents each other. Is it possible?

An equipment manufacturer or SI company is trying to provide VEC as a service to their end user.

Is it possible to set it so that each customer(end user) does not share content?

Even if some premium users are assigned to the customer company, I want to prevent content sharing.

Please check if it's possible.
