What's New in Vuforia Expert Capture and Vuforia Instruct 3.3.0

Vuforia Editor

• Updates and Improvements to TASKS Page
  • The following updates and improvements have been made to the TASKS page:
    • Approved, Cancelled, Rejected, and Pending candidates are now displayed
    • The following filters are now available for the TASKS table:
      • Filter By Status
      • Filter By Role
    • The USERNAME column now displays the name of the user that created the approval workflow with Submitter next to their name
    • The TIME STAMP column displays:
      • The time and date that the approval workflow was created if the row is for a Submitter
      • The time and date that an assigned approver completed their task
    • The TASKS table is now sorted by TIME STAMP

• Updates and Improvements to Step Check (Beta)
  • The following updates and improvements have been made to the Step Check functionality:
    • Blurry images captured during training are now automatically discarded before uploading to Vuforia Editor
    • The Step Check Settings section has been moved from the PUBLISH tab to the STEP CHECK tab
    • Improved user experience for START TRAINING action 

Vuforia Vantage

• Improved Voice Commands on RealWear Devices
  • Improvements to voice commands now allows you to easily open favorited and downloaded procedures without having to say the full procedure name

Vuforia Insights

• Date Filter on AUDIT HISTORY Table Uses UTC
  • The date filter on the AUDIT HISTORY table now uses UTC time.
    • For example, in past releases, if a user is in Central Time zone and logs into Insights at 11:00 am local time, sets a date range of December 4-11, and then clicks Download Report, the cover sheet will show a date range of Dec 4, 2022, 6:00 AM UTC - Dec 12, 2022, 5:59 AM UTC. This was because local time was being used as input and was adjusted based on time zone to reflect the equivalent time in UTC. Now, with this update, a date range of Dec 4, 2022, 12:00 AM UTC - Dec 11, 2022, 11:59 PM UTC will be displayed

Settings

• Disable/Enable Step Check Setting Now Visible Only to Vuforia Instruct Users
  • The Disable/Enable Step Check setting is only visible to customers with a Vuforia Instruct license, and will no longer be visible to customers with only a Vuforia Expert Capture license
