Advance Search done with some criteria, Results fetched fine, but when it exports to excel file, the values are blank, it is intermittent for big search (more than 10k entries).

1. Could you please check and confirm whether cascading attributes are being used?-- No Those are Global Attribute.
2. Please check the screenshot below from the affected server where attributes show blank in excel.

I have attached the both the exported search result from Prod and Test enviroment.

3. Could you please confirm whether the working and non-working servers are on the same release or on different releases?--Production and test environment with same Release 12.1.2.14.
