De-Rating Electronic Components

Hello All,

I am wondering if anyone is using Relex Prediction for De-Rating of electronic components? If so, I would like to speak with you about some problems I am having. When derating a voltage regulator as an example the software will derate primarily on Temperature. Is there a way to derate on current or voltage?

In Relex 2011 Reference Manual (consists of 3186 pages) there is chapter "Prediction Derating Files" (page 2041), look there.
