MS SQL Server 2008 R2 Installation Media

My client is about to stand a WC 10.0 instance running on SQL Server 2008 R2. We could not find the installation media for SQL Server among the other downloadable files on PTC's "Order or Download Software Updates" page. Does the availability of downloadable media depend on the type of customer service agreement (gold, gold plus, platinum enterprise, etc...) a client has with PTC? Thank you

PTC does not sell or provide the database licensing for Windchill. Your customer must purchase the appropriate Oracle or MS SQL Server licensing and obtain the installation media from the database vendor.


PTC provides Oracle installation media for Pro/INTRALINK 3.x customers only. This media is not provided for PDMLink installations.
