PDMLINK attributes update in drawing border?

I have added the attribute &PTC_WM_CREATED_BY to our drawing border and it is filled in automatically as I expected, but when the drawing /part is revised the parameter updates to the user who created the revision. What I want is for the originators name to stay in the title block. Is there a way to do this other than creating an custom attribute?

This also happens with &PTC_WM_CREATED_ON and, again I want the original date to stay.
