Report required to satisfy legal requirements

I need a report that will document all attributes of all iterations of a list of several assemblies, and it must be exported from Windchill and readable - i.e..csv format. I also need the EPMDocuments themselves, or at least the path to the vault and the vaulted name.

Anyone have any suggestions as to where I could start, or if this is even possible? We are running PDMLink 9.1 M060, Oracle 11g database.
